- A federal judge temporarily blocked a law in Idaho that makes it a crime for anyone to help someone in Idaho who is under 18 years old get an abortion, in or out of the state, without the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Everyone currently still has the constitutional right to travel to another state where abortions are being legally provided.
