On July 3, 2025, a state court ruled that most of Missouri’s laws banning abortion probably violate the constitutional amendment about the right to abortion that voters passed in November 2024. The court case is not over and laws could change again. Some clinics are providing in-clinic abortions again. There are no clinics providing medication abortion in Missouri right now.

Consent and Notification
If you are under 18 years old
- You have the right to get an abortion but you need the written permission of one parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian who gives written permission must also notify any other parent or legal guardian who has custody of you about your decision.
