On December 20, 2024, a state court judge ruled that the law banning abortion in Missouri cannot be enforced. This means that the abortion ban is not currently in effect and doctors can provide abortions up until about 24 weeks. But clinics are not providing abortions because of other laws the stop them from providing care.
